Chicago Triathlon: Chicago Triathlon Today

Running, biking, swimming–consider us impressed. While the rest of us were just turning over, the Chicago Triathlon kicked off Sunday morning at 6 a.m. for the 28th time. The event, considered the largest of its kind, begins with a 1.5K swim, continues with a 450-yard run and a 40K bike ride, and ends with another 5K or 10K, depending on their skill level. The triathlon will end at 3 p.m. The Chicago Triathlon is the third stop of the Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series Race to the Toyota Cup.
