By Eliot Kleinberg Palm Beach Post Staff Writer Updated: 5:32 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010 Posted: 3:13 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010 The tropical depression that formed this morning isn't quite Nicole yet, and while it is on a beeline for South Florida, as dramatic as that sounds, it is forecast to be more of an inconvenience than a major weather event. While a tropical storm warning is in place from Jupiter Inlet south to the Keys and a tropical storm watch north to Sebastian Inlet as well as for southwest Florida, the National Weather Service is predicting that, at most, sustained winds in Palm Beach County will be in the 25 mph to 35 mph range, with gusts up to 45 mph. Four to eight inches of rain could fall on South Florida, with the heaviest rains expected south and southeast of Lake Okeechobee, according to
