The Neptune Festival 2010 has begun in Virginia Beach.
About.com reports that the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival Boardwalk Weekend takes place every year during the last weekend of September. The festival includes many attractions for festival goers including concerts, an arts and crafts show and a sandsculpting competition.
